They committed to facilitate the transfer of ownership under my name but until now all I have is a piece of paper of their written promise. I have given these guys 4 months to rectify the situation but to no avail. I therefore award this WELL DESERVED Negative feedback to this seller so others may not fall victim to these people with no word of honor. Furthermore, I am looking forward to seeing these guys in court. Feedback for: 1999 honda city lxi hyper16 (all power) fresh in & out 175k rush

Caution to all buyers of this guy Terrence Tan and his partner Roy Anthony Castaneda:

I bought a Mazda car from this seller on October 11, 2011. They committed to facilitate the transfer

of ownership under my name but until now all I have is a piece of paper of their written promise.

I have given these guys 4 months to rectify the situation but to no avail.
